Due to its balanced acidity all the complexity is slowly revealed by its potent long-aged ligeros from Esteli, Visos from Jalapa and Pueblo Nuevo. A double Connecticut binder is used and it is wrapped by a natural rosado Corojo 99 (Ecuador).
