Has my order shipped? | |
We do our best to make sure that orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will be fulfilled that day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Friday will not be fulfilled until the following Monday. Any orders shipping UPS or USPS should be picked up same-day, although that is dependent on normal service from both companies. |

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |
Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please contact customer service at customer.service@niceashcigars.com or 877-NICE-ASH to check on the status of your order and whether or not it is able to be changed. | |
How do I track my order? | |
An automated email containing your tracking information will be released to the address we have on file at the time that your order is processed. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder as the email may have been flagged. Otherwise, please contact customer service at customer.service@niceashcigars.com or 877-NICE-ASH for more information. | |
My order never arrived. | |
First, be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped and that none were backordered. Second, please use the provided tracking number to check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at customer.service@niceashcigars.com or 877-NICE-ASH. | |
An item is missing from my shipment. | |
The invoice included with your order will note whether or not an item(s) has been backordered. Please contact customer service at customer.service@niceashcigars.com or 877-NICE-ASH to check on the status of the item(s). | |
My product is missing parts. | |

When will my backorder arrive? | |
Please be aware that many high profile, hard-to-get items may be put on backorder after you have placed your order. If you need to be absolutely sure that a product is in stock before you order it please call us at (877) NICE-ASH. We are generally available between 10:00AM to 6:00PM M-F.
