General Cigars' small batch holiday-themed releases, made under the CAO name, continued with 2014's CAO MX2 Rabid Reindeer and CAO Gold Nasty Nutcracker! Made at STG Esteli in Nicaragua, don't just think that these are standard production cigars with a new label slapped on them! CAO took the standard MX2 and Gold blends and amped them up to deliver more power, more flavor and more fun! These are limited to a total run of 2,000 boxes.
If that wasn't enough, 2015 has brought us Rider's Revenge. This addition to the Flavours line introduces pumpkin spice to the brand's list of exotic combinations of tobacco and natural essences, certainly helping to usher in the fall season with a bang! Limited to only 1200 14-count boxes, and only available from select CAO retailers, this one is selling fast (we figure about as quickly as the headless horseman can tear off down a spooky wooded path in pursuit of his next victim) and getting absolutely rave reviews, and we expect it to sell even faster when we tell you that this cigar, paired with one of this season's pumpkin ales, is a combo you can't miss! For Christmas 2015 CAO has released two limited edition cigars: Wicked Winter and Stingy Scrooge! Wicked Winter features a chilling combination of a sweet Honduran wrapper, a hearty US Broadleaf binder, and spicy Nicaraguan and earthy Honduran fillers. Stingy Scrooge features a five-country blend (Connecticut Habano wrapper, Brazilian Arapiraca binder, and Nicaraguan, Honduran, and Dominican filler) hoarded into one cigar, which fits Ebeneezer's personality to a T!
