Shipping:

No minimum order is required and no additional handling charge for small orders. We do reserve the right to cancel orders or backorders that are under $50.

We offer free shipping in the continental U.S. via Fed Ex Ground on any order of $100 or more. All other continental U.S. orders under $100 will be charged $6.95 for ground shipping. For an idea of how long your order will take please check our Ground Time-in-Transit Map above. Please make sure you provide us with a physical address not a PO Box for your shipping address.

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are only shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air and are subject to the following shipping charge: up to 3lbs. - $17.00, 3-6lbs. - $22.00, 7-10lbs. - $29.00, over 10lbs. we will quote via e-mail and ask your approval for your first order with us. Subsequent orders will be upgraded to 2nd Day without your approval. In addition, orders will only ship in whole. On Alaska & Hawaii orders there will be no backorders held for partial orders unless additional shipping is paid as stated above. For example - if 2 boxes of cigars were ordered and one was available and the other was not - we would hold the order until all product was ready to ship. The purchaser could request that they be shipped separately but each shipment would be charged freight. Next Day Priority service is available but is not calculated on the website correctly for Alaska and Hawaii. We will calculate the correct charge and let you know the charge. It is best to call so that we can calculate the cost and get your package going.

Military address (APO/FPO) shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Because the shipping fees vary so much on these zip codes, actual shipping charges will vary from those printed on your order. We will only charge you approximately what the post office charges us. We may be off a little due to scale calibration at the post office. If you would like to know your actual shipping charges before we ship please put a note on your order and we will e-mail you with the approximate shipping charges before we go forward with your order.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine if tobacco products are legally imported to the APO/FPO Country you are stationed in. If we package your order and it is refused at the post office we will credit your account for the order less a $10.00 handling fee.

All in stock orders will be shipped the same day as received (Monday - Friday) when received before 3:00pm EST. Fed Ex has regular shipping Monday through Friday (except major holidays). All delivery estimates assume delivery M - F. For example 2nd Day shipments leaving on Thursday will be scheduled to be received on Monday (the second scheduled delivery day not including the day it was shipped). Saturday delivery is available for a surcharge - please call for special rates and availability.

Express shipping orders (not ground) under $200.00 will be shipped without a signature, unless otherwise requested. Packages with a value over $200 will require a signature whether Express or ground. A release of your package without a signature is possible, but we must receive a written request to do so.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards. Sorry, No C.O.D.'s. Any special orders or large orders are subject to prepayment.

International Orders:

We accept International Orders as long as they are not restricted by USPS shipping guidelines. We no longer ship to Canada. Please be aware of your country's guidelines before processing your order. Your local postal service can supply this information. All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Actual shipping of your order will differ from the amount stated on your initial invoice. If you would like conformation of shipping charges before we ship, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order.

We can not be responsible for international orders after they leave our facility. Each order is insured by the USPS. This insurance does not cover any customs actions such as opening your package to charge duty, confiscating goods, or manipulating the merchandise in any way.

International shipments will not be shipped until we receive an e-mail from the recipient stating that they are aware of the Importation laws of their country with regard to Tobacco products and are prepared to pay any duties, taxes or fees associated with the importation of tobacco products.

International orders (accept Canada) will require prepayment via a bank to bank wire transfer of funds or a Western Union payment in U.S. dollars.

Because of FAA rules we can not include a lighter or ship lighters on international packages.

Privacy:

We will not share, sell, or give away your personal information to any company, period.

Availability:

The availability on our site is a good guide but nothing more. If you have a question on availability please call. The availability is updated at least once a day Monday through Friday. All orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

Backorders:

Please be prepared that many high profile, hard to get items may be put on backorder if purchased. If you need to be absolutely sure that a product is in stock please call us. We are generally available between 7:30A to 5:00P M-F and many times after those hours including weekends and evenings. All orders will be filled on a first come - first served basis. If only a portion of your order is in stock, that portion will be shipped and charged as long as it amounts to $50 or more. We reserve the right to cancel any backorders that are under $50. You will be contacted about any portion of your order that was not shipped. The unshipped portion will be put in a backorder status and ship as soon as it is available. Rest assured, that your credit card will not be charged until product is ready for shipping. Any shipping charges associated with the total amount of the original order will be charged on the first shipment. Any subsequent shipments will not incur shipping charges. Ground shipping is used on all second shipments regardless of shipping method used for first shipment. If Express shipping is requested, please let us know that you accept the additional charges via email at Dave@niceashcigars.com. Free goods will be shipped with the last backorder shipment and are based on the total of the original order.

Any orders placed on the same day (3pm - 3pm) will be combined to achieve the highest possible free goods level. In addition, only one shipping charge will be applied to multiple orders placed on the same day (3pm - 3pm). Due to FAA rules we can not include a lighter or ship lighters in express or international air packages.

Returns:

Merchandise returned without defect is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any merchandise returned because of manufacturers defect or staleness will be replaced. Refunds or replacements will be based on the number of cigars that are returned to us.
