Rob Weiss, a producer and writer best known for his work on HBO's Entourage, serves as one of Camacho's "Board the of Bold" alongside Room101's Matt Booth and legendary NFL coach Mike Ditka.
His first official line, Standard Issue, is a Nicaraguan Puro that uses longfillers from Esteli, Jalapa and Ometepe, a binder from Esteli, and a Habano wrapper. An extremely complex and enjoyable blend, Standard Issue delivers notes of lemon, vanilla, pepper, chocolate, coffee, dry fruit, heavy cream and hickory in spades, mingling with a wonderfully natural earth component that takes you straight to the tobacco fields of Nicaragua... Almost like a vacation... Pure bliss.
Slackers, the second release from BG Meyer Co., uses a bronze-colored Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over choice Dominican fillers to create flavors of buttered toast, butterscotch and Irish butter, all delectable and indulgent, with secondary flavors of peanut, earth and just a hint of baking spice to round out the experience.
