I have heard wonderful things about this website from family members and friends. I have used it a couple of times and have been nothing short of impressed. Just recently I ordered a Try Five of The Edge Maduro - Toro and a single Acid Liquid. I placed the order on Monday and received it on Wednesday, now THAT is speed!  Now, upon receipt of my cigars, I noticed that one was damaged, something that sometimes can simply not be avoided. As soon as I noticed, I emailed the company and within about an hour of notifying them, they informed me that they would be mailing me a replacement and that it would ship the same day. Talk about service! So, not only does the management know how to thoroughly please consumers, the prices are incredible! I buy these Edge cigars at a local shop for about $7 per stick. I ordered them from niceash for $3.90 per stick. You really cannot beat that price. All in all, niceashcigars.com has proven to be a high-class cigar distributor that exemplifies great service and unbeatable prices. I just wish they would open up a store!

I recently placed an order for Don Sebastion toros from your company. I recieved your company name and two others from the sales dept. of the mfg.- importer. After  telephone conversations with each recomended dealer, I placed my order with you

 

This is definetly an undervalued cigar and as you know this product is sold in packs of six by large chain pharmacies and usually not in smokable condition. However the three boxes of these toros, ready to smoke, that you shipped so promptly to me and your policy of "no shipping costs for orders over $100.00 was an added plus.  Since I smoke 100 to 130 cigars per month and that includes at least 25 to 30 premium cigars, and considering your excellent service and great prices, I will definetly continue to order from you. 

 

After examining the prices of the other cigars that you offer, I was amazed at the many bargains available. I certainly hope that your company remains successful and continues in mail order sales. I would also wish that you increase your marketing in my state of Florida.  Your competetive pricing of quality products, would be most welcome to many who are not falmiliar with you and your company in this area.

Hi, just wanted to say thanks.  I was missing a punch from a recent order (#7623).  After calling to inquire about the missing item, I received the punch within a couple of days.  It was refreshing to have a problem solved that quickly.  Other companies don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.  I will definitely keep you in mind for any future orders.
